Mr. Cruge is a villain from the 2009 movie, "Santa Buddies". He is a dogcatcher and he hates Christmas. When he was a child, he always wanted a puppy for Christmas, but his mother was allergic to dogs and never got one, which made Cruge hate Christmas and becoming a dog catcher.
