Sour Bill

Sour Bill is the assistant to King Candy and the tertiary antagonist in the 2012 movie Wreck-It Ralph. He is often left to handle the stickier situations but this long faced little ball isn't exactly happy about his depressing duties, and later in the movie he was talking with Ralph for what happened is that Ralph ruined Vanellope von Schweetz's new kart. He was voiced by Rich Moore.
