Jefferson is a judgemental and incompetent sheriff who arrested Eddie for mistaken him for being the "Pink Bandit" and his friends who being associated with him, he even goes by his own self-absorbed system by being "Judge Jefferson" and makes quick decisions instead of seeing the facts.
