Principal Phil Flanagan

Phil Flanagan is the secondary antagonist in Halloweentown High. He was the last member of the Knights of Iron Dagger. He was the principal at Marnie's high school. He was also Aggie Cromwell's love interest. He helped Edgar Dalloway by creating a mob to get rid of the Cromwell family.
