Pavel is a secondary villain in the Disney XD animated series Tron: Uprising. He is voiced by Paul Reubens.
History[]
He once tried to get Paige on his side, but due to Paige being stubborn, he eventually gave up. He is a second-in-command to General Tesler, sharing the same rank as Paige. And since Paige refused his offer, he seems to want her gone. Although trying to work with her once, he shows a hate towards Paige.
