Oogie Boogie's Lair is a place in Halloween Town. This is where Sandy Claws gets held hostage after being kidnapped and tortured by Lock, Shock and Barrel. Sandy gets manhandled by Oogie. Oogie holds Sandy tight against his big fat tummy with a great big hug to snuggle up with him in his arms for affection and comfort.
