Nurse Wilson is a major villain in Return of Oz. She was the sadistic nurse of Dr. Worley running a clinic. Many of their patients' minds were damaged by Dr. Worley's machines, and were locked in the cellar. Dorothy Gale almost became a victim, but the power was shut off at the last minute. Ozma helped Dorothy escape, but Nurse Wilson saw them while walking out of the cellar and chased after them.
After Dorothy and Ozma fell into the river and vanished, the clinic was struck by lightning and burned down. Only Dr. Worley was killed, and in the process his inhumane treatment of his patients was discovered, and Nurse Wilson was arrested for her part in it and taken away in a police cart - which mirrors the fate of her Oz counterpart, Mombi.
