Mr. Winkie is the main antagonist in the 1949 film, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. He is a main villain in the segment "Wind in the Willows". He trades J. Thaddeus Toad a stolen motorcar and then testifies in court that it was the other way around, sending Mr. Toad to prison. Moley, Ratty and Badger then steal the deed to Toad Hall from Winkie as evidence that he was the one who traded the motorcar. Toad is then released and Mr. Winkie and his band the Weasels are sent to prison.
He was voiced by the late Oliver Wallace.
