Mepps is the secondary antagonist from the animated series "Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers". Mepps is a member of Fat Cat's gang. And he is also known as mischievous, emotional, protective, persnickety, smart, mean, even-tempered, prissy, pugnacious and sensible. He is an ally cat who talks with a whiny voice. Mepps' voice was done by Peter Cullen.
