The frill-neck monster is a character and an antagonist from Star vs. the Forces of Evil. He is a member of Ludo's army.
Appearance[]
The frill-neck monster is relatively small in comparison to Ludo's other minions. It has green skin, a large forehead with a horn on top, yellow eyes, a crocodile-like snout, a frill on it's neck, and it wears a blue piece of cloth around it's lower body.
