Talon Labarthe is a minor antagonist in Disney Pixar's film Ratatouille. He is Skinner's slick and sophisticated lawyer who gave Skinner his evil ideas and made him a coffee, but he doesn't like Skinner's hot headed personality.

Talon Labarthe was first seen when Skinner shockingly finds out Linguini is Gusteau's son. He was able to keep calm when Skinner loses control of himself after hearing about that situation, and is very stride and confident to do so. He advises Skinner to wait out the will's two year deadline and he can fire Linguini and nobody shall ever know about it. He is not seen anywhere else in the film.
