Dr. Chuck Homer is the main antagonist of the Quack Pack episode, "Ducky Dearest".

Dr. Homer is first seen speaking on T.V. about his job and objective concerning children and parenthood, which begins to make Donald Duck feel concerned about his nephews: Huey, Dewey and Louie.
