Dirk Dumphrey is character and antagonist in The 7D.
History[]
He is a ranger patrolling the Enchanted Forest and the antagonist of the episode "The Enchanted Forest Ranger", voiced by guest star Phil Hendrie. He is known for handling out outlandish punishments over each "violation" of the forest code. Dirk gives the 7D a hard time as they help Grumpy earn a Dragon Scouts badge by spending the night in the woods together. The ranger's true actions are revealed at the end of the episode.
