The Director is the main antagonist of Bolt, alongside Calico and The Agent.
Role in the film
He's the director of the Bolt TV show, and is determined to prevent Bolt from finding out that he's not really a superdog at all costs. After Bolt runs away, the Director isn't seen again for the Dr. Calico entirety of the film. It's assumed he was fired by Mindy Parker.
