The Director is the secondary antagonist of Bolt.
He's the director of the Bolt TV show, and is determined to prevent Bolt from finding out that he's not really a superdog at all costs. After Bolt runs away, the Director isn't seen again for the Dr. Calico entirety of the film. It's assumed he was fired by Mindy Parker.
