The Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy is the main antagonist of Dave the Barbarian. He is Dave's arch-nemesis.
He is an evil, but silly pig (hence his name) with a high-collared cape (and equally high voice) bent on ruling Udrogoth. Chuckles lives in a castle on the outskirts of the kingdom. His powers come from an amulet he possesses, the Mystic Amulet of Hogswineboar. This grants him amazing mystical powers such as psychokinesis, blasting magic to rival even Lula's, and conjuration. He is also able to invent Mecha-Dave and his Chuckle-bot.
His schemes usually rely on a particular gimmick (like giant clams, giant ducks, evil pastries, or evil furniture). In the episode The Princess and the Peabrains he has a kind nephew named Knuckles the silly piggy and he was teaching him how to be a Dark Lord and it’s a tradition in his family.
