Chester the Duck (voiced by Frank Welker)[1] is a duck that Penny rescued from drowning that she adopted him into her home. When he ate both Oscar's cobbler and stake sandwich, Oscar wanted the duck to leave but Penny, Trudy, the twins, and Suga Mama didn't want him to. After relinquishing The Gross Sisters, Chester scares off Penny's friends and Penny tells him to go away which really upsets him into taking over the house by threatening the family.
