You Poor Unfortunate Soul, this "Cecil B. De Vil,"
has been found to need Ursula’s Touch.
It MUST be rewritten, see the light, and make a switch!!

Cecil B. De Vil is a relation of Cruella De Vil. He refers to Cruella as 'sister' in the episode Coup De Vil but in the same episode refers to Malevola by name rather than as 'mother', which could suggest that he is a more distant relation.

Cecil makes television commercials. He appeared in two episodes of the 101 Dalmatians TV Series:

Prima Doggy, where he wasn't really evil and he didn't have the typical De Vil half black and half white hair,

and Coup De Vil, where he had the typical physionomy of the De Vils and where he was really evil shown trying to destroy the Dearly farm for Malevola De Vil using an inflatable cookie monster piloted by Horace and Jasper Badun. The plan failed when Lucky put a pin under it's foot, causing it to shoot around propelled by the escaping air as far as over back Cruella's trailer.
