The cats are the major villains in Pluto's Judgement Day.
They appeared along with the cat judge. After the witnesses are over, the judge orders the cat jury to decide Pluto's fate. They march to a spinning door but come back and go back to their jury and said Pluto is guilty. Then all the cats captured Pluto and took him to the fire to let Pluto die from the fire. Suddenly, Pluto woke up from his nightmare and ran to Mickey's bath.
