Buffy Ratzkiwatzki is the major antagonist who appeared in the series Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. Her only appearance was the episode "Out of Scale".
Role in the Series
Buffy Ratzkiwatzki is the daughter of the crime lord Ratso Ratzkiwatzki, who brings her the Arts Museum and General Fogerty's statue, shrunken by the Gigantico Gun. Chip and Dale are captured and brought to her, and she uses them as her pets.
