Anaconda and the Serpent Society, led by the evil King Cobra, battled the Avengers in a subway. Unfortunately, Hank Pym's paficist decisions cause the Serpent Society to escape.
In the wake of the Skrull invasion, Anaconda and the rest of the Serpent Society face Captain America and Spider-Man in order to free King Cobra and Viper.
